Third parties are required to cooperate with our anti-bribery and anti-corruption practices, including providing relevant information or declarations where necessary, and reporting any actual or suspected violations. Failure to comply may result in the review, suspension, or termination of the business relationship.
第三方应积极配合本公司的反贿赂与反腐败要求，包括在必要时提供相关资料或声明，并及时举报任何实际或疑似违规行为。对于违反相关要求的行为，本公司有权审查、暂停或终止相关合作关系。
Reporting of Policy Violations

Reports may be made on an anonymous basis.
The Company will ensure confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity and the information reported and prohibit any retaliation against the whistleblower that has made reports in good faith.
